so his ex and kids could not get her share of the profits.

We had a very heated discussion about the way he treated his employees,  including his wife.   
During that discussion,  he hung up the phone, and the next time we tried to place an order, I was told I could not.

He had shut off my supply of his products.
He said, through an employee, it was because I offered a discounts on some products in quantities. 
But even after changing my prices, I still could not order anymore.

 Which in itself is illegal.    For 10 years, I never misrepresented his product or services.

But, our Friendship ended and he did not want us handling the product anymore, 
so he TOLD me what to sell it for, or he would cut me off.
 Again illegal.

But fighting this in a long court battle,  and only having the lawyers win, 
we decided to take it to the court of public opinion.

First off,  while his products are good, there are other products 
that we feel are equal in quality, but less expensive.
Over the years, we have had customers give us reports of 
other products that worked better in the opinion of our customers.
